OPEN POSITIONS
SURF COACH
Teach surfing and share your passion for the ocean. Manage our surf equipment and ensure a safe and fun surfing experience for our guests.
Keep in mind: The best surfer out there is the one having the most fun!
YOGA TEACHER
You are a certified yoga teacher, able to show authenticity in your personality, full of energy and passion for your teachings? You want to educate and inspire others?

BARTENDER
Often mistaken as therapist, mentor, comic, mind reader, music guide, encyclopedia and/or dating service the bartender should serve drinks at the bar, get the party started and spread the good vibe!

COOK
You’re turning food into delicious happiness? You’re able to plan and prepare meals for up to 35 people? We want our guests to be well-fed with your rich and healthy 100% vegetarian recipes.
This position only is available in Ecuador.
MANAGER
Ever thought of opening your own hostel? Learn how to run the business and take care of the daily operations at our hostel. This is a long-term (6 months) paid position which requires Spanish knowledge. Having experience in the field is definitely a plus, but not necessary.

- Actively contribute to the family spirit by bringing energy to the common areas and social events.
Essentially, we need reliable persons who we can trust completely and have a ton of fun with!
